Privacy Policy · Updated Jul 23, 2026

Your data, on your terms.

Plain English. No dark patterns. If anything here isn't clear, email support@presskithq.com - a human will reply.

1. Who we are

PressKitHQ is operated by PressKitHQ Ltd. ("PressKitHQ", "we", "us"). We provide press kit software for artists, labels and booking agencies. This page is maintained by the PressKitHQ team to answer common questions about how we handle your data.

2. Data we collect

Account data: email, display name, language preference.

Kit content: text, images, audio and links you upload, plus content generated by our AI on your instruction.

Usage data: pages visited, features used, device and browser information - used to improve the product.

Billing data: handled by our payments provider. We do not store card numbers.

3. How we use your data

To render your press kit, to send transactional email (receipts, security notices), to keep the service reliable, and to comply with law.

We do not sell your data. We do not use your bio, photos or kit content to train foundation models without your explicit opt-in.

4. Sharing

With subprocessors that host or power the service - cloud infrastructure, email delivery, payments and AI providers - under written data processing agreements.

A current list of subprocessors is available on request from support@presskithq.com.

5. Retention & deletion

Draft kits are retained while your account is active. You can delete any kit at any time from the editor.

When you close your account, we archive your content for 30 days for recovery, then delete it. Backups roll off within 90 days.

6. Your rights

You can request access, correction, export or deletion of your data at any time. In the EU, UK and California, applicable laws grant you additional rights that we honour globally.

To exercise a right, email support@presskithq.com. We respond within 30 days.

7. Security

Data is encrypted in transit (TLS 1.2+) and at rest. Access to production systems is limited to on-call engineers and logged. We disclose security incidents to affected users promptly.

8. Changes

We'll give you at least 14 days' advance notice by email before any material change to this policy (a notice period, not a support response time). The current version is dated July 23, 2026.
